Call 1-800-950-9648 from anywhere in the US, 24 hours a day. Orders received after 10 a.m. will be processed the next business day. Please mention item codes to operators when ordering.

Ordering by Mail

Please print your name, street address (UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box) City, State, Zip Code, and Telephone number on the enclosed order form. Please print quantity, item code, description, and price on a separate sheet of paper.

Ordering by Fax

Orders can be faxed to 1-518-357-1712 All faxed orders must include credit card number and expiration date.

Ordering by e-mail

Send to shop@wmht.org Please include your name, street address (UPS will not deliver to a PO Box), City, State, Zip Code and telephone number. Please include the item code and quantity ordered. A tracking number can be sent to you if you provide us with an e-mail address. For credit card orders please remember that this is NOT A SECURE e-mail system and to include the expiration date.

To Exchange or Return Merchandise Call for Authorization Code

You will receive credit in the form of your original payment method (less shipping & handling) provided returned merchandise shows no signs of wear or abuse. Mail securely wrapped packages via insured U.S. Postal Service to:

You should receive your refund within four weeks. For credit card orders, please allow one to two statements for your credit to appear.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

DO NOT accept your shipment if the package shows signs of external damage. If your package was damaged by UPS or RPS, please contact your local shipping office for return instructions. DO NOT return the merchandise to us without notifying them first. After we receive your returned item, we will replace it. If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please call 1-800-272-6492 within 5 days.
